Proprietor, Karl Winchester graduated from UNLV with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration and trained at the National Cooking Institute at Denver. He and his wife, Dori, have 45 years combined experience in the restaurant industry which adds a level of pride and experience to every plate they serve.
The SunFire Grill Reopens for the 2008 season on Wednesday April 2nd. Hours of operation: Wednesday thru Sunday 4pm to 9pm. So make the escape and come experience the exquisite cuisine and breath-taking scenery you can only find at the Sunfire Grill.
